Gigi’s started from a passion for authentic Neapolitan-style pizza and a respect for doing things the right way—simple ingredients, proper technique, and time. What began as a personal pursuit turned into a craft: learning fermentation, working with high-temp pizza ovens, and chasing consistency one dough at a time.
Today, Gigi’s brings that same approach to farmers markets, private events, and catering—serving stone-fired pizza made fresh, on the spot.
